Ari Butler combines over a decade of leadership training and communication coaching with roots in television and professional theater. The dynamic, real-world-tested approach helps executives expand their existing expertise, experience, and energy into influential power.

Before founding AB3, Ari brought a rigorous approach to supporting top executives across a range of industries. He's coached senior leaders one-on-one at organizations like Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, CBRE, and Bloomberg, as well as delivering large-scale leadership development programs for global companies such as Cisco Systems, Siemens, Diageo, Philips Healthcare, PepsiCo, and Google Cloud.
He lives in Manhattan with his wife (a Broadway choreographer) and their two Lego-obsessed sons. He's performed lead roles on stages across the U.S. and appeared on HBO, Netflix, CBS, and more.
